RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the receiving date. All returned items must be in new and in perfect condition or as same as the time it was bought, with the original bill.


RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at mittalgems.info@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in a packaging box and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges and charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 


REFUNDS
After receiving your return and we will closely inspect the condition of the piece once it passes all our checking processes we will process your return your amount or you can receive store credit. Please allow us at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank or card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.


EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized Products
  • Products made on order

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.


Please Note

  • Any damage to the product or miss handling will cause a depreciation of the price of the product
  • In case any scratch or any other damage to the surface of the piece will also cause depreciation of the price depending on the weight loss in the process of fixing it, will be decreased from the total price of the product

 

CANCELATION POLICY

  • We do not provide any option to cancel after making the payment but in some case, you can still reach us out on our personal handle to cancel it, the judgment would be based on our decision
  • We still hold 100% write to cancel your order even after making the full payment and we take 100% responsibility for returning your total amount
